Trip Planning & Research Fee:

$75 – $150 per trip

Covers destination research, resort/flight comparisons, itinerary concepts, and curated recommendations tailored to your travel style.

Non‑refundable. Applied per household.

Custom Itinerary Design

$150 – $300

Full itinerary creation including daily planning, activities, dining suggestions, transfers, and logistics.

Includes one revision round.

Flight Booking & Management

$35 per ticket (domestic)

$50 per ticket (international)

Includes flight monitoring, schedule change management, and support during disruptions.

Hotel & Resort Booking

$25 per booking

Waived when booking commissionable properties.

Group Travel Coordination

$150 base + $25 per traveler

For groups of 6+. Includes communication management, rooming lists, payment tracking, and vendor coordination.

Rush Planning Fee

$50 – $100

Applied when travel is within 14 days of inquiry.

Change & Rebooking Fee

$25 – $75

Covers time spent adjusting reservations, reissuing documents, or modifying itineraries.

Concierge Add‑Ons

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Service Fees

All service fees are non‑refundable and due before planning begins.

Fees cover professional time, research, communication, and management — not the cost of travel.

Supplier Payments

All trip payments are made directly to the supplier (airline, resort, tour operator).

Solward Travel does not collect or hold client funds for travel products.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions.

Additional revisions may incur a fee of $25 – $50 depending on scope.

Cancellations & Changes

Supplier cancellation policies apply.

Solward Travel is not responsible for supplier decisions, delays, or denials.

Change fees may apply for itinerary adjustments after booking.

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and entry requirements.

Solward Travel provides guidance but cannot guarantee approval or entry.

Travel Protection

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Declining insurance releases Solward Travel from liability related to cancellations, delays, medical issues, or emergencies.

Communication

Standard communication is via email.

WhatsApp support is included only in premium packages or during active travel.

Liability

Solward Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and is not liable for:

  • Supplier errors

  • Schedule changes

  • Weather events

  • Acts of nature

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Injury, illness, or travel disruptions

Clients agree to all supplier terms at the time of booking.
